What is an inspection trip?
It is the most effective and informative way of viewing property and then purchasing. You will have the opportunity to view a wide selection of quality Freehold Properties including apartments, town houses and villas in your chosen locations.
Flights can be arranged from most local airports of your choice. Your designated sales representative will be waiting to greet you personally at the airport, and will ensure that you receive the highest level of service throughout your inspection trip/viewing trip stay. Your accommodation will be within one of our quality selected hotels, and you will have access to our full range of services, including independent legal and financial advice, during The Inspection Trip.
Will there be enough time to make up our minds?
CERTAINLY! - probably more than you will need. As you will know from house hunting in your home country, it can only take a couple of minutes to decide whether you like a property or not! A lot will depend on whether you like the area. We will make sure that you see the different areas during your inspection trip/viewing trip and give you all the information you need to help you make your informed decision.
Are the properties for permanent or holiday purposes?

If you are not genuinely interested in buying a property the inspection trip could be arduous, boring, and a waste of your time and ours. If you wish to explore the area at your leisure we strongly advise that you take a holiday there first then we will be more than happy to arrange an inspection trip.
What will we see on our inspection trip?
During your 3 - 4 days inspection trip/viewing trip you will be shown not only the very best selection of properties but also a full range of facilities that you will be able to enjoy from your new home. These include beaches, marinas, golf courses, places of interest, shopping areas, restaurants and much more
When we see the property we want, what do we do?
When you find the property you desire, a deposit of €3000 will secure the property at the price on that day. Once you are completely satisfied with the conditions of the sale, the purchase contract will be drawn up. Do not worry, we guarantee that you will have no pressure to buy at any time during your inspection trip/viewing trip.
